D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an
Online Sales Concierge to join our team. If you're a self-starter with a talent for closing deals, we want you. Your primary objective? Drive sales growth and boost our online presence. The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- With our team of Online Sales Concierge, you will take part in managing all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers via email, phone, text, and social media.
- Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies.
- Close deals effectively, meeting, or exceeding sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics daily.
- Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
- Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans, and amenities.
- Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, mail, and text.
- Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients.
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
- Non – Remote position, must be onsite in office.
- Ability to work overtime.
Salary Range $47,000-$50,000 plus bonus, potential income can be over $100,000.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- Must have a current and active Ca. Real Estate License
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one to three years of related experience and/or training
- Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications.
- Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision.
- The noise level is generally moderate.
