Quality Assurance Analyst

Primary responsibility for assisting in the execution of the PGP Quality Assurance/Compliance Program by developing and maintaining company-wide standard operating procedures. This individual will perform audits of Title and Escrow files and processes to confirm agent compliance with Company procedures and regulatory requirements and partner with a variety of business owners to ensure compliance with the QA Program related to real estate closings.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform audit reviews of Title/Escrow files.
Identify and report on agent risk and compliance trends.
Produce and maintain reports on Title/Escrow Files, Outstanding Checks, Trial Balance and Document Corrections
Spearhead, build rapport and provide exceptional customer service to Field Teams during the QA Monthly and Quarterly Review Process
Interact, explain to Field Teams during the QA Monthly and Quarterly Processes
Participate in special projects as assigned.
Support for audit functions conducted by National Compliance VP.

Proficient with MS Office
Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 3 years Escrow/Title/Paralegal/Legal
Broad knowledge of Escrow/Title Insurance
Strong research skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
High level of initiative
Ability to work well under pressure
Attention to detail
Able to work independently
This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
