We are searching for an experienced Title Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Lennar Title. As a Title Sales Representative, you will take ownership of selling Lennar Title products and services to the real estate and financial community in order to maximize profitable market share in an assigned territory. You will develop and maintain customers for the company by the extensive application of sales and service techniques. This position reports directly to the Division Sales Manager.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Sales: Maintains and increases the sales volume of community by selling products and services to professional customers. Drives the sales process while making daily calls to numerous customers or prospective customers. Keeps accurate records of calls made, expenses incurred and order volume. Continually assesses competitor actions within community. Assists in developing sales forecasts, territory potentials, workload analysis, call programs and routes. Continually increases knowledge of sales skills, concepts, techniques, etc., and develops and improves sales presentations.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Regularly promotes and maintains favorable customer relations for company by arranging and participating in the presentation of educational training programs for customer.
- Marketing: Attend real estate and community networking groups and participate in real estate industry functions.
Your Toolbox
- Valid Drivers License and dependable transportation
- 2+ years Title insurance sales experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
- Knowledge of Constant Contact and TitlePro 24/7 preferred

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $66,560.00 - $90,932, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
