About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our on-the-ground team in Los Angeles as the lead point of contact for homeowners navigating the rebuild process with Homebound. This role is a base + quota’d position, responsible for building and managing a pipeline of Build On Your Lot (BOYL) clients, fostering community relationships, and driving sales through personalized customer experiences.

The Sales Account Executive will ensure an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through home delivery. This role requires you to be located in Los Angeles, with regular in-person client meetings and community engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the sales and rebuild journey

  • Build and manage a pipeline of BOYL clients through networking and outreach

  • Act as the listing agent for Homebound inventory, overseeing pre-selling, showing, and closing processes

  • Organize regular client meetings, provide updates, and address concerns proactively

  • Deliver pitch presentations and facilitate contract execution

  • Maintain detailed client records and activity using CRM tools

  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics to drive continuous improvement

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Sales Account Executive, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Deep knowledge of real estate contracts, escrow processes, and negotiations

  • Extensive experience with the Title & Escrow process

  • Advanced proficiency with CRM tools, sales software, and MLS platforms

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
