Your Responsibilities On The Team
- Assist with the primary responsibility for processing of multiphase applications for public reports with the Department of Real Estate.
- Attend initial start-up meeting on new communities and become familiar with all facets of the community development needed for DRE processing and formation of HOA’s.
- Assist with the coordination of DRE processing and formation of association legal documents and budgets.
- Set up HOA for new communities - prepare documents/paperwork
- Responsible for maintaining DRE Personnel Contract lists by community and assist with coordinating processing efforts with consultants.
- Responsible for updating and circulating DRE Phasing Schedules and prepare report on monthly basis.
- Obtain/exonerate HOA bonds.
- Assist with coordination of sales disclosures with internal departments as needed.
- Track first COE for phases with common areas. Facilitate and attend the preliminary and final turnover walks with installers, CM’s, PM’s, customer care and HOA Manager.
- Recreation Centers and Parks – facilitate all turn over to the HOA’s to include certificates, NOC’s and maintenance and use agreements.
- Provide all community documents to the HOA.
- Set up association for payment, tract payments and delinquencies.
- Utility management for all communities to include either HOA or CSA
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Three (3) to five (5) years of Department of Real Estate processing experience with builder or Title Company preferred.
- Some knowledge or experience with general construction principles preferred.
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of clerical support experience.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- MS Word and Excel experience
- Good written oral, organizational and math skills
- Basic understanding of landscape and architectural plans
- CA - Public Notary required at time of hire or ability to obtain
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
This role is onsite/ in office - 5 days week

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $25.97 - $35, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
