Program Summary:
Lennar’s Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) Program is a 1-year, entry-level program beginning in June, in which associates engage in significant projects, leveraging next-gen technology to provide innovative solutions across the company, industry, and beyond. The program will facilitate participants’ development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar’s culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and team building. Upon program completion, high-performing RCGs will have the opportunity to continue in their current role or another internal role within Technology.
There are two career tracks within the Analyst Future Builders Program role. Candidates will be considered for placement in one of the two following tracks:
Technical Analyst and
Data Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Technical Analyst
- Assist in defining, implementing, and managing processes for translating business requirements into technical design documentation.
- Support the liaison role between business and development teams to facilitate project execution and resolution.
- Help create technical documentation (process flows, specifications, development tasks) and assist in developing execution plans/timelines (tasks, resources, timeline)
- Participate in the software development project life cycle and provide support during each phase.
- Contribute to creating a positive team environment and fostering team culture in a fast-paced setting.
- Gain proficiency in relevant tools and software for technical analysis, data analysis, and project management, such as Microsoft Office Products, PowerBI, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.
- Develop strong data analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Learn and apply project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Enhance communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Cultivate a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Data Analyst
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis
- Perform basic data analysis using statistical tools and techniques
- Generate simple reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements
- Document data processing steps and analysis methodologies
- Support the maintenance of data integrity and quality within the database
General Requirements:
- Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2024 and May 2025
- Working towards a bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, business administration, information technology, or similar field
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with delivery/release events, e.g., release notes, branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution
- Ability to work within Scrum & Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical, and written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to a non-technical audience
- Hunger to learn in a complex and fast-paced environment with a positive attitude, both as part of a team and individually
- Strong critical thinking skills and self-directed and innovative mindset
- Takes interest in solving complex problems and investing the time and energy to overcome roadblocks and learn from mistakes
- Ability to deliver value in an ambiguous environment, including various work assignments and changing priorities
- Ability to meaningfully contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of state-of-the-art technology applications
- Ability to build and sustain working relationships with both business and IT professionals while focusing on the needs of customers and consumers
- Completion of Lennar Technology Internship or other relevant technology internship with strong performance (preferred)
Technical Analyst Requirements:
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a comparable role within a technology organization
- Basic knowledge of some of the following a plus: Data Analytics, PowerBI, SQL, Python, SnapLogic, Cyber Security & Security Best Practices, .net, Java, React, Cloud Infrastructure – GCP/AWS, SAP/ERP, Rest APIs, SFTP, MQTT, Web Services, JSON, ServiceNow
Data Analyst Requirements:
- Experience with programming (e.g., Python, Shell Script, SQL), data modeling, and developing features within the AWS cloud
- Basic knowledge of data cleaning techniques, including handling missing data, outliers, and duplicates
- Familiarity with basic data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to create simple charts and graphs
- Understanding of how to choose appropriate visualizations for different data types
- Understanding of relational database concepts (tables, relationships, primary keys)
- Basic knowledge of data storage and retrieval processes

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds. Finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork and to receive/return phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.
