Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Market Research Manager to lead our market research efforts. The ideal candidate will design and implement research strategies, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to guide our company's marketing, product development, and overall business strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive data-driven decision-making and shape the strategic direction of our company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about market research, have a keen eye for detail, and possess the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design and execute comprehensive market research studies to gather insights on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
Design and execute research studies to gather insights on potential homebuyers' preferences, needs, and purchasing behavior
Manage all phases of research projects, from initial planning and design to data collection, analysis, and reporting
Develop and present detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development to integrate research findings into business strategies
Manage relationships with external research vendors and partners
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of research data
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of research methodologies and tools, continuously improving processes
Develop and manage research budgets and timelines
Analyze complex data sets using statistical software and advanced analytical techniques to identify key trends and insights
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research or a related field
Proven track record of managing market research projects from start to finish
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong Intellectually Curiosity
Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (particular emphasis on Quantitative)
Expertise in survey design and data collection methods
