Overview
The Senior Director of Customer Insights and Experience is responsible for leading our efforts in understanding our customers, optimizing our digital platforms, and driving strategic decisions through data-driven insights. This role will be instrumental in shaping the customer experience across all digital touchpoints, leveraging advanced analytics to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and ultimately, sales growth.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops and leads the vision and strategy for customer insights, analytics, and digital experience, aligning with Beazer Homes’ overall business objectives.
- Manages and mentors a team of data analysts, customer experience professionals, and digital experts.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, IT, Land, and Operations to integrate customer insights into all aspects of the business.
- Leads efforts to deeply understand our customers through data, including persona development, journey mapping, and behavioral analysis.
- Oversees the design, execution, and analysis of customer surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms.
- Utilizes secondary research and advanced analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Partners with media agency to ensure proper tracking, requirements, campaign analytics are set up
- Drives the strategy for Beazer Homes’ digital platforms, ensuring they deliver a seamless, personalized, and engaging experience for our customers.
- Oversees the re-launch of website user experience (UX) and other digital channels, focusing on customer engagement and lead/demand generation.
- Partners with IT lead efforts to integrate digital tools and technologies that enhance the customer experience, including CRM systems, AI-driven personalization, and marketing automation.
- Ensures data integrity and governance across all customer data sources.
- Collaborates with IT and other departments to ensure the marketing technology infrastructure supports advanced analytics and customer insights initiatives.
- Provides regular reporting on the performance of digital platforms and customer experience initiatives, with a focus on ROI and business impact.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in customer insights, analytics, and digital experience, preferably in a consumer-focused industry.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Physical Requirements
- Hybrid environment with at least 3 days in office a week
