The HR Operations Resolution Generalist will be responsible for providing support to the corporate function and may be assigned to lead support for specific corporate leaders. Responsibilities include facilitating and supporting the execution of various moments of the associate experience, consulting on HR matters, people manager coaching & development, performance and talent management, hiring & retention strategies, and HR program development and implementation.

Your Responsibilities On The Team
- Plan, develop and implement programs and strategies to create and maintain a culture of exceptional Associate engagement
- Creates and executes on associate recognition strategies, uses key metrics to formulate recommendations for department/business unit recognition programs
- Support effective internal communications by planning, developing and executing on effective change management strategies using a variety of different tools
- Proactively analyzes data to identify potential areas of concern and develops recommendations in partnership with HR leader for assigned departments
- Mentor business leaders and their teams to support their development as effective leaders for the organization
- Support multiple departments, with Associates residing and working throughout several states
- Ensure accurate processing of HR workflows in departments supported
- Assist in tracking legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions such as OSHA, EEO, LOA, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA
- Responds to general Associate questions pertaining to company policies, procedures, and benefits programs
- Collaborates with HRIS in creating, analyzing and reporting key HR metrics, trends and patterns
- Serves as backup to onboarding/off boarding activities. May be required to facilitate orientations and other similar daily HR activities
- Lead employee relations investigations and partner with HR leadership on action recommendations.
- Act as mentor for Corporate HR Coordinators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Human Resources Experience.
- Experience with HR reporting and analytics and presenting findings in meaningful and actionable format.
- Creative thinker with a proven track record of implementing innovative HR solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel to include pivot tables is a plus.
- Proficiency with Photoshop and/or Adobe, Visio and other business tool is a plus.
- Strong and effective communicator.
Additional Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic, loyal, trustworthy, honest, team player.
- Experience with Workday preferred.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
