Job Description

MBK Real Estate is hiring a Learning & Development Program Manager to join our People & Culture team at our Home Office in Irvine, CA!

This role will be hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Job Summary:

As the Learning and Development Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of identifying learning needs within the organization and working collaboratively with both internal and external partners. Your role will involve designing impactful training materials, managing various company programs, drafting and sending L&D communications, and facilitating training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Your focus will be on program management, creating and delivering relevant, integrated content that consistently reinforces our company's culture and enables us to achieve optimal business results.

In this position, you will play a vital role in offering a diverse range of learning options to our workforce, including but not limited to onboarding/orientation, leadership development, compliance training, and diversity and inclusion education.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • N/A

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conducts needs assessments for both team member productivity and leadership development.
  • Manages learning & development programs, including messaging, scheduling, creating collateral, and ensuring all programs are aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic plan.
  • Facilitate onsite and virtual training for Communities and Home Office.
  • Implement a robust training evaluation process to assess the effectiveness of training programs.  Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders and use data to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Develop company-wide communications, policy updates, and compliance matters.
  • Develop a training calendar for team members to stay abreast of training offerings.
  • Stay updated on training technologies and e-learning tools to improve training efficiency and effectiveness.  Integrate technology-based solutions into training programs.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Training and Development or related field required.

Experience Requirements (in years):

  • 5+ years of related work experience in Learning and Development required.

Required Competencies/Licenses/Certifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work with all levels of an organization
  • Must be well-organized and communicative regarding program management
  • Must be self-motivated and customer-focused
  • Must have strong people skills, and the ability to build a team
  • Outstanding analytical, oral, and written communication required
  • Training content development and delivery
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Proficient in working with HRIS Systems, preferably Workday

Preferred:

  • Visual Design Platform experience with Canva preferred.
  • Applicable certifications such as Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Must be mobile and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for prolonged periods of time
  • Able to move intermittently throughout the work day and between divisions
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and push up to 20lbs. as necessary
  • Some travel required.

Pay Range: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00
