Our client, a leading national AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Bar Admission in California.
  • 2–5 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions, particularly with developers, owners, investors, and lenders.
  • Practical knowledge of loans, joint ventures, LLC documents, and leases is essential.
  • Preference for candidates with diverse range of financing, development, and investment matters
  • Strong legal writing and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Candidates with prior business experience in the commercial real estate industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be admitted to the bar in California.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a broad range of real estate transactions, including financing, development, and investment matters.
  • Represent clients in various real estate matters, including preparation and review of transactional documents.
  • Provide strategic counsel on complex real estate projects.
  • Work closely with a team of attorneys to support ongoing client needs, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating strong client service skills.
