A day in the life
As the Digital & Customer Experience Technical Lead you, you will visualize the project architecture and collaborate with our development teams to design and deliver customer-facing web experiences and software solutions that creatively and efficiently address the unique and sophisticated needs of our customers. We are seeking a highly driven team player to lead application development and vendor product integrations that require high availability to support critical business functions. You will work directly with various partners to ensure the delivery of features across all assigned digital platforms. Your efforts will focus on meeting development schedules, technical specifications, and design requirements. Prologis' mission is to build and deliver highly engaging customer experiences that promote and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Provide inputs in making architectural decisions.
- Lead code reviews, orchestrate knowledge transfer, standardize process and provide technical acceptance criteria(s) / definition of done for testing.
- Analyze the customers’ functional and technical requirements as provided by BSA’s to craft and lead vendor teams through strong technical solutions. Design, develop, and test features delivered as applications or services.
- Deliver continuous improvement of the applications with engineering, QA, DevOps, and security.
- Investigate, craft and deploy effective monitoring, alerts, and metrics for production services within the SRE & support workstreams.
- Investigate and contribute to solving issues in production environments.
- Supply to product roadmaps defining technical backlogs for technical debt and opportunities for automation.
- Provide collaborative link between various technical and non-technical teams across verticals.
- Supporting applications and services as and when required on a 24x7 basis.
Building blocks for success
Required
- 5+ years of technical lead experience.
- AWS experience including DynamoDB, SNS, Lambda, API Gateway, NodeJS, Python.
- Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipeline build and implementation with Terraform.
- Cloud infrastructure experience.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or comparable preferred.
- 'Make-it-happen' demeanor, the innate capacity for ownership and timely delivery of results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HTTP APIs, RESTful web services, and systems integration.
- Hands on experience with architecture and solution design.
- Experience with snowflake, data model and integration.
- Excellent technical communication skills and collaborating with multi-functional business partners.
- Proven experience delivering technology solutions using Agile software development methodologies with globally distributed teams (including vendors, onshore/offshore developers, and quality assurance testers).
Hiring Salary Range of: $121,000-$166,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
