Overview
This position is chiefly a liaison between the Corporate investment committee and Division land teams. Responsibilities are clustered around the organization of investment committee meetings, assemblage/review of materials, and maintenance of reports for performance against key metrics. The ideal candidate will be able to think analytically, model (financial and statistical frameworks) proficiently, communicate succinctly, and interface with senior leadership confidently and frequently.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains reports for weekly Corporate investment committee meetings.
- Tracks key performance indicators weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Assists in development of new projects in Hyperion.
- Assembles, organizes, and reviews documents and communications between Corporate investment committee and the field. Prioritizes, researches, and answers questions in a timely manner while keeping relevant parties in the loop regarding status.
- Continuously reviews current processes and report for potential improvements.
- Provides timely, correct, and comprehensive research and analysis support for land-related inquiries on an as needed basis.
Education & Experience
- BBA/BS in Finance/Economics/Accounting,
- 1-2 years prior finance experience.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Exceptional organization and detail-orientation that enables the content and material creation that can be directly distributed to senior leadership without review.
- High adaptability and flexibility to respond to, prioritize, and perform varying tasks as necessary.
Technical Knowledge & Experience
- Expert level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel; strong knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Hyperion and Essbase experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Typical office environment.
