As one of the Lennar Internal Auditors, you will play an essential role in ensuring Lennar’s core principles of quality, value, and integrity continue to be evident in all areas of the business. In this role, you will have opportunities to exercise innovation, attention to detail, critical thinking, and inquisitiveness. - Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and technical accounting research skills. - Thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate your organizational skills by successfully managing your time and multiple priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting - Minimum of 0 - 2 years of audit experience - 3.0 GPA (or higher) in all degrees - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred - Experience with data analytics preferred - This position may require up to 5% travel - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Lennar is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws. - Conduct financial and operational audits according to the Internal Audit plan. - Analyze operational and management processes, and control effectiveness and efficiency by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; your conclusions will be presented to senior management and the Board of Directors. - Present the results of your work to management, as well as recommendations and conclusions of internal audit reviews, in ways they will understand. - Organize your documentation in the work papers to facilitate review in a clear fashion that while thorough will also be concise. - Perform other ad hoc/special projects as needed by the department or requested by the organization, which will enhance your knowledge of the business and industry.
