The Lennar Technology Group (LTG) Learning Management Team consists of Trainers that are primarily responsible for educating Lennar’s Business Associates in how to properly leverage and use Lennar’s systems and applications. These include key major platforms such as Salesforce, Buildpro (Construction), JD Edwards (ERP), as well as numerous others. In addition, Trainers support the roll-out and ongoing training for Lennar-specific custom applications.

Your Responsibilities On The Team
- Work directly with Product Owners and Teams to assess the training needs for new or existing platforms and applications.
- Work with numerous stakeholders to build training strategies, plans / roadmaps, and materials in support of new products and system / application enhancements.
- Attend new product demos to stay up to date and knowledgeable in anticipation of future required trainings and as a part of commercialization preparation.
- Participate in technical walkthroughs of new products and enhancements as well as ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions to ensure preparedness for Business User training. Prepare trainer cheat sheets and guides to ensure the training is customer-centric / user-focused and the product value is highlighted throughout.
- Collaborate with Product and the Support Desk Teams to ensure sign-off and support readiness for any new applications and / or enhancements.
- Deliver training directly to end users through a multitude of modalities including in-person, webinars, and virtual trainings.
- Collect continuous feedback from end users through the trainings to provide opportunities for improvements and / or issues requiring attention to the Product Teams.
- Input necessary data and training metrics to ensure appropriate capacity planning, track product or enhancement rollouts / schedules, and highlight areas of opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between end users, when needed, and technology support teams to both ensure issues are addressed and guide Business Users through the appropriate process (e.g., submitting tickets).
Requirements
- Five years progressive work experience, with a minimum of three years’ experience in the learning / teaching, training, or sales space.
- Experience in technology organizations and / or technology companies is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- Valid Driver’s License needed to travel.
Additional Requirements:
- Significant travel of at least 25% to Divisions and Business Users.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a changing system and application landscape and environment.
- Expert interpersonal skills, with ability to partner effectively, manage multiple stakeholders, as well as work well under pressure.
- Ability to train with structure and narratives, simplifying complex topics, especially when catering to non-technical Business users.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
- Detail oriented with strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Seeks and takes feedback constructively in a spirit of continuous improvement.
- Open to going above and beyond job duties when necessary including potential cross training to ensure appropriate coverage.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Product Training & Commercialization Analyst II to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $64,211.00 - $86,238, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
