D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a
Marketing Coordinator-PM. The right candidate will support the marketing team in the implementation of marketing strategies to drive leads and occupancy for Build-To-Rent and Multifamily communities managed by D.R. Horton Property Management. This role involves assisting with digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and other defined marketing strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist the marketing team in implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies
- Create marketing listings, launch website(s), load photos, update copy and specials
- Perform audits of each community's online presence
- Conduct market research to gather information on market trends and competitor activities
- Help manage and update property listings on company websites and third-party platforms
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts and campaigns
- Support SEO and SEM efforts to enhance online presence
- Provide basic analysis and insights on marketing activities and performance
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and maintaining records
- Work closely with vendor partners to launch and maintain marketing activities across platforms
- Support and maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
- Monitor costs and budgets
- Analyze and monitor market conditions to anticipate market changes or trends that could affect the performance of our Build-To-Rent and Multifamily communities
- Support various community needs as requested through the Marketing Support Ticket
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Ability to travel overnight
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience sufficient to coordinate and support company-wide marketing and advertising initiatives and programs
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a very fast-paced, and growing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
- The noise level is generally moderate
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
- Experience scaling quickly within a hyper-growth start-up is a plus
- Multi-geographic experience preferred
- Experience in Property Management is a plus
