The Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study. Over a course of 10-12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis' business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis' business and how their summer contributions impact the end product.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist with Underwriting and Market Research: Support new deal underwriting for potential acquisitions and developments, and work with investment officers on LOIs and RFPs. Conduct historical and prospective market analysis and compile sale comp data for markets within the West region. Research zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental policies for industrial development, as well as mapping competitive or potential land sites across various markets.
- Support Entitlement and Development Pursuits: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (capital deployment, operations, entitlement, development) to understand the lifecycle of capital deployment projects. Provide project management support for ongoing entitlement and development activities, including aiding in the preparation and submission of entitlement applications with required documents, maps, and reports to meet city and regional requirements.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams and External Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external brokers/consultants to gain exposure to acquisitions, entitlements, development, leasing, and property management. Collaborate with teams across multiple operational areas and learn how each group builds and maintains relationships with customers and external parties. Support market team pursuits through due diligence, data sourcing, and tracking communications with stakeholders.
- Monitor Project Timelines: Help maintain project schedules to ensure all approvals, permits, and entitlement milestones are met. Support daily deployment activities and keep the team informed of any updates, changes, or progress on project deadlines.
- Documentation, Reporting, and Public Engagement: Maintain accurate records of the entitlement process, prepare progress reports, update internal databases, and assist with public engagement efforts. Support the team by preparing presentations and materials for internal and external meetings.
- Capstone Project: Spearhead a final project that addresses a critical business challenge within the capital deployment function. This project will involve in-depth research, cross-departmental collaboration, and strategic analysis, culminating in a presentation of actionable insights and recommendations to senior Prologis leaders.

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (rising junior or senior) or graduate program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- For technical roles: experience with relevant tools such as Argus, Tableau, R, Java, SQL, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity
- Motivated by curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow

Undergraduate Hiring Hourly Pay: $25-30/Hour
Graduate Hiring Hourly Pay: $35-40/Hour
Hourly pay to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal pay equity and alignment with market data.
