Mortgage Service Liaison
Hybrid work arrangement - 1 to 2 times per month in office required.
Our office is located in Englewood, CO near Denver.
JOB SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible for resolving customer inquiries in the event a Mortgage Loan Consultant or Loan Processor is unavailable when called, including, but not limited to problem solving technical questions related to the preparation of loan files, closing, credit, property, underwriting, investors, secondary market inquires, secure email and web application processing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in order of importance):
- Answers phone inquiries posed by borrowers on mortgage loan documents, e.g., prepayment penalties, annual percentage rate, truth in lending, fees, assumability, and assignment of servicing based on system documented information
- Reviews and verifies accuracy of documentation (i.e., interest rate, sales price, loan amount and vesting) to resolve customer inquiries
- Follows-up with internal sources on any unresolved inquires and liaise communicates as applicable to involved parties.
SCOPE:
- Contributes through supporting others at the Department, function, or location level.
- Contacts and communicates with business partners.
- No supervisory responsibility.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
-Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years previous related experience.
- Previous mortgage experience preferred.
- Maintains excellent customer services standards with both internal and external customers
- Available between the hours of 9:00AM to 6:00PM MT shift
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time to accommodate assigned shifts and scheduled breaks between 6am to 6pm weekdays.
- Shifts to be adjusted based on anticipated call volume and department needs
Pay rate: $22.00 per hour. This position is also will also be eligible for monthly incentives based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives. Hybrid work arrangement.
