This position requires 4 days per week in office, with the 5th day being remote as work permits.
This position is located in Englewood, Colorado.
JOB SUMMARY
Candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft Windows based desktop and notebook computers, printers, mobile devices and other associated peripherals, including (but not limited to) removable media and A/V equipment, creating and maintaining SCCM applications, and creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to create and maintain SCCM applications and packages.
Ability to create and maintain SCCM task sequence-based imaging solutions.
Ability to write and maintain PowerShell scripts used for altering device endpoints such as Windows Laptops
Knowledge of Windows device registry management
Assist in the analysis, design, and documentation as required to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Company’s systems/applications.
Responsible for gathering business requirements, designing, implementing and documentation of technical solutions according to approved standards/procedures.
Leads team initiatives & participates in multiple IT/Business project efforts.
Participate in the development of training materials.
Assist in the training of software/business applications.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.
Ability to recognize, analyze and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
REQUIRED EDUCATION
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
3+ years’ setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/notebook/tablet hardware and software (Windows 10)
3+ years supporting a local site & it’s implemented technology.
Ability to provide system level support for computer system/business applications. Specialized knowledge within area of responsibility
Experience supporting Microsoft Office on-premises & Office 365 support specifically Outlook, Exchange online, TEAMs.
2+ years of Experience with scripting languages PowerShell and VBScript.
2+ years of Desktop application packaging and distribution using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Experience with trouble ticket system such as Cherwell, ServiceNow.
Experience supporting remote users (home or branch office.)
Experience supporting a variety of Wi-Fi enabled devices.
Excellent customer service and credibility skills
Ability to work remotely with little supervision.
Ability to handle a heavy workload in a complex, demanding and rapidly changing environment.
iOS device support (iPhone, iPad)
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP…)
Knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administration
Must be physically able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment.
Experience documenting & training technical/process needs.
Experience managing remote desktop connectivity (RDP) and Microsoft Terminal Services
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical skills
Preferred
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Previous experience in the Mortgage Banking industry
Experience with application virtualization and/or VDI & AVD
Desktop patching using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
Salary Range: $70,000 to $76,000 annually depending upon experience.
This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
