JOB SUMMARY
Oversees all production aspects of the Loan Processing teams within Mortgage Operations. Responsible for oversight and ensuring that the Loan Processing department meets the highest level of operational excellence, strategy, engagement, and business development goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides strategic leadership, guidance, and development to Processing and Operations management staff.
Accountable for driving and maintaining business results within Processing (customer satisfaction, productivity, timeliness, loan retention, regulatory compliance, quality)
Works with Pulte Mortgage, Pulte Title, and Pulte Insurance partners to provide a seamless experience for our customers and parent company, PulteGroup.
Discover, develop, and deliver new ideas to improve business results, address process gaps, and drive profitability.
Effectively manages change and actively seeks ways to ensure adoption.
Understand how to use data and reporting to efficiently lead Processing Department with a focus on approval cycle times, closing readiness and Loan Processor capacity.
Effectively able to present information to large groups of employees for continuous improvement, change management, initiatives, and department communication.
Supports, enhances, and leads by embodying Pulte’s culture, values, and core purpose.
Foster a performance-oriented environment through coaching and skill development.
Effective personnel management, including but not limited to, regular one-on-ones with employees, continuous coaching, attendance of Operations team meetings and team building events, and perform semiannual and annual performance reviews.
Develop incentive plans, manager bonus objectives, and oversight of annual compensation planning.
Establish Performance Develop Plans for Regional Processing VPs and provides input and guidance for Loan Processor plans.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to be licensed nationally and in all states the company does business.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 + years at a VP level in the mortgage industry
Demonstrated successful and progressive leadership/management skills.
Multi-department experience desired (Processing, Underwriting experience).
Home builder mortgage financing experience desired.
Demonstrated success in executing changes and initiatives and achieving successful results.
Knowledge of financials, budget planning, and expense management.
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Accurate and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinking and analytical skills.
Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 annually depending upon experience.
This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
